Referrals
Referrals To The Program Parents,
teachers, doctors, and school districts can refer
children to Crossroads Center for Children for
an evaluation. The assessment team will conduct
an extensive evaluation of the child's current
developmental levels in areas such as cognitive,
fine and gross motor, speech and language, social
/ emotional development, adaptive behavior, and
sensory development.
The evaluation report will provide
the parents and school district with the necessary
information to make the the best referral for
future services.
