Executive Director

Kelly Young, MS. ED Kelly received her degrees in Special Education and Educational Leadership/ Administration from the College of Saint Rose, in Albany, New York. She has been working in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) since 1995 as a teacher assistant, special education teacher, and Director of Education. Since 2007, she has served in the role of Executive Director at Crossroads Center for Children in Glenville, New York. Responsibilities include staff training, analysis of children's progress, supervision, and the direction of the school's daily activities.


Kelly has also provided consultation services for various school districts in upstate New York serving children with autism. In addition, she has presented at state national, and international conferences on techniques of applied behavior analysis including social skills, fluency procedures, and parent training. Since 2002, Kelly has been serving on the executive board for the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis (NYSABA), performing the duties of secretary for the association.
